I attended the Hospital today for a blood test and would like to thank the phlebotomist, for the way she looked after me. I am a very difficult patient to get blood out of and sometimes it has taken almost an hour to find a good vein. She was very patient and warmed my hands up before locating a vein and actually getting blood. Congratulations to her and many thanks for being such a kind and considerate person. The only negative side to going to haematology is that it always takes more than an hour so every time we go it costs us £4.20 to park the car, after driving for 15 miles each way. We believe that the car parking fees should be per hour and not go from 1 hour to four hours.
