"Outstanding Care"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

We came into Accident and Emergency with an elderly relative this week. The quality of the staff was outstanding. The ambulance staff were really kind and positive and interested in her. The Registrar, Doctor and Nurse were efficient, kept us informed and helped our relative with compassion and skill. They discussed her situation with us and listened to our concerns regarding her health and pain relief. The facilities were of a high standard and very clean. She was moved to the AMU and again we were very impressed with the level of care, endless kindness and information they provided for us.
