(as a service user),

I feel over on the way to swimming class and cut my knee twice.

I went to Grantham hospital waited 3hrs first then got sent to Lincoln as I am 4yrs old and my knee needed cleaning and stitching. I arrived at 10.30 PM and was told they couldn't do the repair work then but offered us a bed for the night.

I felt tired, scared and upset

Hannah was very patient and nikki was extremely thorough and helpful. Nikki went above and beyond, she called our glad for us to book follow up appointment and to ensure they could deal with us. 

Food was a good sized portion, I love my food and I was able to share ilskme with my brother.

Mummy cannot thank the staff enough
