"Always brilliant care, lucky to be one of their pateints"

This is one of the two best GP practice's I've ever been lucky enough to be cared for.   If you want to speak to a doctor you just need to call either in the morning or early afternoon within the (generous) time slots provided.   The receptionist takes a few details and a doctor calls you back promptly.   I have never been denied access - every time I've called (relatively frequently over the last 5 years due to my multiple conditions) a doctor has called me back.   When the doctors call me back they always listen very carefully to me, and then either offer me a face-to-face appointment for that day, or send a prescription for me to my nominated chemists for me to collect. I've literally never had any other outcome from a call to them.   Every time have spoken with any member of staff, whether they are a receptionist, a nurse or a doctor, I have been listened to, helped, and treated with respect.   I am enormously impressed by the service they provide especially considering the difficult circumstances they are currently operating under.   I cannot speak highly enough of the team at The Nightingale Practice and feel lucky to be one of their patients.
