About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Plastic surgery

I received an outstanding level of care from the burns team over a period of four years or more. I cannot praise and congratulate them enough for the commitment and kindness shown to me during this time.

It was a delight to visit the hospital every few months and to always be greeted by friendly and helpful staff.

I was truly grateful for this at such a difficult time. As a result my QVH "family" will always hold a very special place in my heart. Thank you all. xx

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience of a long and ongoing treatment journey here at QVH. Having started your treatment 4 years ago I'm sure you have had some difficult challenges and I am glad to read that you are reaping the benefits of your treatment.

I will certainly pass on your kind comments to the Burns Clinic aka your QVH 'family', who I am sure will be delighted to know that their expert knowledge, professionalism and empathy have helped you through such a difficult time.
