It is very difficult to get through by telephone at 8.00 am to make an appointment. Then, as it takes so long, by the time you do eventually get to speak to someone, the routine appointments have all gone and you therefore have to repeat the process the next day and then the next day and so on. On a more positive note though, the Reception staff are courteous and apologetic when this happens.
Doctors are nice, especially one.
My gripe is with the appointment system which leads to frustration.
