"Deep neck abscess"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I have been very happy with the care I have received when admitted  to the Royal Blackburn. The nurse on the surgical admission ward was one of the most kind  gentle caring people I have ever met.  I cannot remember her name but both her at the ENT doctor on duty were two of the best medical staff I have been treated by.

Following on from this stay another ENT problem has been flagged up so, I am now under the care of that unit and have just been in the Royal Blackburn today for day surgery. The nurse Adele and the student Angeela were both very kind and respected my dignity in a caring and compassionate  manner. My consultant Mr. Morar  has the best bedside manner I have experienced and communicated wonderfully with me explaining things in such a kind way.

In fact all the staff I have been cared for by have been amazing people and I cannot fault any of it.
