"Everyone was nothing short of amazing"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was taken to A&E early on a Friday morning with a seizure. We were totally in awe of the amazing staff from start to finish.

The ambulance drivers were immediately kind and caring. It was fairly quiet when I arrived at the hospital but within a couple of hours it was bedlam. I have never seen a group of people work so hard to keep the balls juggling. There were trolleys in the corridor at times but for the minimum amount of time possible. All staff were kind caring and cheerful throughout.

Really everyone was nothing short of amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I was very lucky to be released the same day and although I was there a long time my care was exemplary and with the great care I was able to remain cheerful
