Reception pleasant and friendly. Dr Chave put me in the picture re-op, reassuring and felt at ease after his explanation. Staff brilliant, nurses made me feel wanted, so helpful and to my mind dedicated, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I considered them a first class team.

After the op I was looked after and no one could have been treated with more dignity, full marks to all concerned. May I thank them for everything on that day, there is no weak link in the Tavistock chain.

I returned six weeks later for a check up, and again, excellent. The community matron, whilst visiting my wife at home as a patient offered to remove the stitches. I accepted and was once again treated really well. A pleasant and efficient member of the NHS. I would recommend this group to anyone and wish them all the best in their future.
