"Unprofessional and rude receptionists x 2"

I am not surprised that other reviews complain about a couple of the reception staff at this practice. Haworth Surgery is a state of the art surgery, lovely location and doctors/pharmacy very professional and well mannered. I was upset by the attitude of a receptionist this morning, and again on the phone with a different lady this afternoon. She was brusque, unprofessional and coarse. Not the reception you want when you are feeling ill. But I have the greatest respect for the doctors.
