I have recently had 2 operations and the care I have received has been 5 Star from all the ENT staff at QA hospital. There was originally a delay in my treatment but since it has now started I have been seen quickly and all my appointments for test and consultations have been excellent. The consultants are very caring and explain procedures very clearly and with compassion. The surgical team were also very caring and I was very well looked after. The nursing team on Ward D8 were excellent on both occasions keeping me fully informed of my treatment nothing was to much trouble. There were times when they were working under tremendous pressure but still managed to stay totally professional and made every patient feel that they had their total attention. This nursing team are a credit to QA and I hope they get the full recognition they truly deserve. Thank you again for making my treatment as least stressful as possible.
