I visited the Plastic Trauma Clinic for my general anaesthetic, after been told to arrive at 12:30 and not going to theatre till 4pm I was looked after kindly by Sarah, absolutely amazing lady, kept me relaxed and such a pleasure to your team.
Going into the waiting room before theatre I was greeted by some lovely anaesthetists Joe, Emma and the team who explained everything step by step which again was very reassuring.
A team of great people who I couldn’t appreciate more.
My hand is now in recovery.
