Kindness and respect

"Kindness and respect"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was treated with kindness and respect from the minute I checked in to the Endoscopy unit. I underwent a colonoscopy and the team, headed by Mr Aslam were kind and thoughtful and really helpful to me. I could not  praise them enough. 

Many thanks to the team and well done the NHS

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
