The nurse phoned to say they had requested the medication needed for my wife's driver which would run over a bank holiday weekend.
Called at chemist at 5pm later that day, no prescription. Went to Dr reception and was told prescription was with Dr. Asked if someone could get it as I could not get back and if not wife would have to go without.
Receptionist told me it was not a prescribed urgent medicine so it was not urgent. I am sure my dying wife would be happy with that. Can't believe receptionists can decide to leave a dying woman without prescribed medication.
