"Maternity"

Dear Christine,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback following the care provided to you and your new born son by our Maternity Services at Conquest Hospital; we really appreciate it. First of all, please accept our belated congratulations on the birth of your son. We are so sorry to hear he became unwell and required the support of our Special Care Baby Unit, and sincerely hope his health has improved so that he can be at home with you and his family. You have clearly had both an exciting but very worrying time, and we are so pleased to read our staff have provided you with support and comfort at a difficult and upsetting time. We very much hope your new bundle of joy will enrich your life, and be a constant source of happiness.

The Trust is very proud of the high standards of care it provides, and those standards will always be underpinned by the values in treatment of kindness, compassion, dignity and respect, which we are delighted to read has been your recent experience. We will ensure the lovely comments you have made are shared with staff, as they will be so pleased to see how much you appreciated the care given to you and your son.
