(as a parent/guardian),

My 2, 5 y needed a blood test. We came to clinic 5 in Lincoln Hospital. Waiting time was super short, my son was enjoying toys in waiting area. I knew it will be some crying as he didn't let me to apply Emla cream or even Emla plasters. The nurses were very experienced  and very friendly, and the whole procedure was super quick. My boy even got a soft toy as a reward. It was nothing to worry about, great experience. Thank you!
