After being rushed into hospital with excruciating kidney stone pain I was treated on Ward 15 by consultants, doctors and nursing staff who were second to none. The female doctor / surgeon who dealt with me kept me updated right through my treatment and 3 days later after a procedure I left hospital pain free. Having had a negative experience at the same hospital 9 months ago this was different again. The on ward nursing staff were always attentive albeit they were short in numbers. The service I received on this occasion was excellent.
