Staff running down the ward shouting to each other. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t feel that staff are approachable, some are very blunt.

Dear Maisy 123

Thanks for taking the time to feedback about your experience whilst an inpatient within Victoria Hospital. All feedback is welcome to allow us the opportunity to improve current services and the behaviours you are reporting are not what would be supported within NHS Fife ward areas. I would like to apologise on behalf of NHS Fife. If you can give further information which can identify the ward area you were in it would be helpful for me to be able to share your post and help to improve the professional behaviour directly with the team.

Hi it was my father who was in Ward 31 I have another post regarding the way my father was treated and the disgusting attitude of the staff

Thank you for providing more information, I will pass on your comments and the new information you have provided to one of my colleagues who looks after ward 31 Clinical and staff governance issues. I am sure they will be anxious to review the issues you have raised. I hope your Father has made a good recovery.
