"My Toddlers blood tests"

(as a parent/guardian),

We had to take our daughter to get some bloods done, and as she was only four, this was done at Lincoln County Hospital in Clinic 5.

We had lots of tantrums during the day (due to the anticipation of having the bloods done I think!), husband lost our blood form, I was told by my doctors surgery that it would be ok because I had a photo of it and it was generally just one of those days. We ended up being late, due to another tantrum as we were leaving. 

The staff were lovely, we're extremely understanding and did everything they could to help. We managed to get the form sorted, they were great with my daughter whilst she had her bloods done and she even got some bubbles for being such a brave girl! 

They were really friendly, kind and caring, and nothing was too much trouble for them, even though we were late and didn't have the form. Really impressed, thank you so much!!

I will pass your kind comments onto the team in Clinic 5 who strive everyday to make all visits to our department a positive experience. I hope your daughter enjoyed her bubbles!!
