"Positive experience with health care assistant."

I am a mother of 4 year old little girl who had fer blood test today. It was taken by health care assistant who has done a wonderful job. My daughter had tests done previously in hospital and I was asked to restrain her and test was requested to be done despite her being terrified. I was just told its a meltdown and its now or I need another appointment. At todays appointment the health care assistant was ever so kind and respectful, my daughters was welcomed with friendly approach, asked questions, involved in conversation. Despite two attempts to take her blood she did not cry and walked out the room with smile on her face. After the visit she told everyone she met what nice time she had today at the surgery. Big thank you to the health care assistant. I, as a mother, was very stressed expecting this to be as bad as previous test she had at the hospital but I was pleasently surprised. Once again thank you to the health care assistant.
