(as a service user),

My little boy had a blood test yesterday he was very scared and so was I to be honest. As soon as we was called we were made to feel at ease straight away they made nothing at all of it and made sure my little boy and me was distracted from the start. It was all down so so quickly and my little boy didn’t even flinch. All he said was ow when the needle was taken out by then it was all over.
