"Why are my Calls Monitored"

About: Ladybarn Group Practice

Since leaving a review several days past, I have attempted to arrange no less than 2 appointments with Ladybarn Group Practice for very important reasons.Without going into detail all I can say is that since leaving my last review, each time I have called to see if I can get an appointment, the receptionist has said 'hold on' read the screen then put me on 'hold'.The next thing I know is that I am listening to the receptionists (I will not identify staff) and then heard another member of staff who I have known for years whispering as she tells her what to say?Is this the new approach to patient service.

Needless to say this has raised serious concerns for me as I now feel as though I am being singled out because of the concerns raised.

They cannot approach me directly because this review service is supposed to be objective but I know and they know that they applied this system to my calls.

It is embarrassing, unprofessional and unnecessary.

If you want to know what I am thinking or feeling, try giving me an appointment that is needed with my named GP in a couple of days rather than 3 to 4 weeks.
