"I have phoned and left messages again but no reply"

About: West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill)

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the hospital in mid-March 2019. I realised in February that I could not attend. I phoned the number on my appointment letter (0141 201 0763/0764) on several occasions and the phone was never answered.  I left messages which have never been replied to.

In mid February 2019 I emailed the email address given to cancel my appointment and request a new one. As of today, 12 April I have had no reply and no appointment.

I have phoned and left messages again but no reply.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

Dear Nell50
I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing with rearranging your appointment.

I am unsure if your appointment is for Orthopaedics or Physiotherapy so these are the telephone numbers for Orthopaedics: 0141 201 0097 and Physiotherapy: 201 0270 at West Glasgow ACH.

If you are still having problems with your appointment please email me at Nicole.McInally@ggc.scot.nhs.uk

Kind Regards

Nicole
