"Nick Staveley Stanley MBE in praise of BPMC!"

About: Broomfield Park Med. Ctr.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the doctors, nurses, receptionists and administrative employees, at Broomfield Park Medical Centre, for the marvellous care I have received since I transferred-in from the Forrest Medical Practice some years ago.

I had very good reason to leave that GP-practice despite them sending me a grovelling letter of apology following some really shocking treatment from one of their GP's. I had never been happy with the attitude of their doctors from day-1.

So, having experienced that, and left as a result, I have been highly delighted with BPMC!

Having twice been as near-to-death as anyone can be and, both times being placed into a coma in hospital Critical Care units, I am, obviously, a regular user of BPMC and, whilst my usual GP is the excellent I think I have now seen just about every doctor at this practice - they have all always been kind, helpful and very caring!

The NHS is a fabulous institution but there will always be good and bad contained within such a huge organisation. That is just an unfortunate fallibility of human nature! During some of my in-patient confinements in hospitals, I have experienced both diabolically terrible treatments and wonderful life-saving treatments - therefore, I believe I know what I am talking about when I give the maximum 5-stars to every aspect of BPMC - and also the nearby, very cheerful, pharmacy with whom the BPMC-doctors operate an efficient, professional and well-integrated service.

It is both my direct experience, and my sincere opinion, that BPMC is certainly the most caring, and quite possibly the best medical (GP) centre in Coventry. So, very well done and my gratitude to all at BPMC! Thank-you. Nick Staveley Stanley MBE.

I have no objection to the publication of my name as, I believe, the name of a real patient (me) adds more authenticity to a review like this! NSS.
