About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I had an Endoscopy at the above, in April 2019 and I was very happy with the way I was treated.

Reception staff were cheerful and helpful. Pre procedure nurse explained all and was happy to show me to the waiting area.

The doctor and two nurses who carried out the procedure carried out their checks and made sure I understood what was to happen.  They carried out the procedure with competence, thoughtfulness, care and humor, reassuring me at all times and on completion made sure I was OK before giving me the paperwork and the post procedure instruction before taking me to the exit.

I don't believe it could have gone any better, they are really caring, pleasant people.
