Attended an appointment with Audiology after referral from ENT department (which I have attended for the last 30 years off and on and has enabled me to hang on to my hearing.)
The consultation was conducted with a thorough examination and great attention given to listening to my description of my problem.
Understanding and explanation of my symptoms gave me great peace of mind and a way forward to help with my concerns.
Grateful thanks to the specialist who gave me time and understanding.
