I have just recently had treatment for continence issues from Kate at the Ballochmyle Suite, it has been an eyeopener as I did not know such services existed. Perhaps people should be made more aware of this facility?
Kate has been very helpful, she was very good about the the problems I was having and exercises that would help. I know I am committed to the exercises for the rest of my life but that is not a problem as they have made a big difference to me. A very positive experience.
I also think the opportunity to give feedback in this way is very good.
