I had polypectomy day surgery at East Surrey Hospital. From arrival to leaving I was looked after very professionally by everybody that cared for me during the day - they were ALL brilliant. Receptionists, pre op checkers, anesthetist, surgeon, recovery care, after care and despatcher were all 5 star. Angela in recovery was professional, caring, thoughtful, attentive, thorough, considerate, chatty and very comforting throughout post operation recovery, a quintessential nurse and a 5 star NHI gem. Daniela in post recovery was also very helpful and attentive to everybody in that area when I was processing through. Every single one of these hardworking staff deserve all the praise that I can give them. After quite tough surgery on my nose, I awoke pain free this morning and feel so much better than I dd before the operation. Brilliant job, thanks to you all.
