"Choose another GP is the better decision"

About: Newton Heath Medical Centre

The receptionist are not helpful at all and they don't even try to get to know the patient, I was a number there (My DOB) I did ring at 7:59:35 and was told to ring back at 8:00. I did so, stupid me, I could have asked a question and few second later would have been 8:00. I did ring back to get an appointment just to stay another 40 minutes trying to get the line. When finally someone answered I was told the doctor will not see me because probably I needed a dentist to check on me. I rang the emergency 111 and they were shocked that my GP refused to see me. If your face is swollen for any reason and the swollen reach the top lid of your eye that is considered an emergency problem. I got an emergency appointment with another practitioner after 75 minutes from my initial call.

With this GP I lost also £242, I had to go to a travel clinic to get done my vaccinations paying £242 when this service with NHS is for free.

After only 1 month from my registration I am leaving this GP I wish I would never been here.

I am sorry that your are unhappy with service provided by our Practice.

Your comments will be discussed at our next practice meeting, but if you wish to discuss this further do not hesitate to contact the Practice Manager at the surgery
