About: Harlow - Derwent Centre

I am shocked I come from Chelmsford however at the time of admission there was not a bed available at my local unit. I waited over four days for my physical medication. I was not given pyjamas or soap to wash for over four days. I was passed from nurse to nurse after being assured the above would be acted on asap. I found most of the team just did not gel. Patients where ignored. Late response to a patient who absconded over 5 min delayed reaction. I was told to wash with just water. This is a new unit and the list goes on. I've been polite and patient to 99% of staff. The place has made my mental health worse in just four days I will up date
