"Absolute disgrace"

After being registered at this surgery for 52 years appointments are never or rarely available. Surgery is still taking on new patients so can only get worse.After having a bad cough which hadn't cleared up I tried to get an appointment without success but had a phone consultation was told to take antibiotics I had at home as I have COPD and asthma still hasn't cleared up now also have palpitations and dizziness plus cough and wheezing but yet again could not get an appointment , was on phone for 15 calls until I got through but no appointments.Diabolicle.
