"Richard Ticehurst day surgery"

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind and thoughtful feedback following your recent episode of care on the Richard Ticehurst Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) at Conquest Hospital; we really do appreciate it.

First and foremost, we very much hope you are recovering well from your surgery, are not in too much discomfort, and are in good spirits.

The Trust works very hard to ensure it provides a responsive and high standard of care to all patients, sometimes in very difficult, busy or challenging situations, so we are delighted to read this was your recent experience. It is also very reassuring for us to read that the values in treatment of kindness, compassion, dignity and respect were something you received from staff at every level, and you found staff to be supportive and considerate at all times, as this must have been a source of great comfort to you at what might have been a worrying and upsetting time.
