(as a relative),

My husband had an appointment with ENT department, what service we received, absolutely fantastic.

The doctor, nurses, and reception staff were fantastic. We were given appointments for ct scan and operation before we left.

I had need to complain about how he was treated earlier this year, but what a turn around, thank you very much for the way he has been seen, so quickly.
