"dudley wood surgery"

i have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have always found my experiences positive. we now have a gp who i find very considerate and speaks to me in language i understand.

The doctor is always understanding and has time to listen .also, the doctor always asks if there is anything else i wish to discuss before i leave.i have every confidence in the doctor.reception team always greet me by name ,with a smile and make me welcome. i would make special mention to one receptionist who always greets people with a warm smile ,is very professional and exudes confidence .this in turn puts patients at ease at a time when they most need it.

The practice nurse is a star and treats everyone like a family member ,nothing is too much trouble and always puts their patients first .i cannot commend this nurse enough and i want to adopt them, they are a nhs treasure.

this practice is the epitome of what a nhs surgery should be.

i commend this surgery to anyone who thinks there is an issue with the nhs.
