Poorly handled referral

"Poorly handled referral"

About: Fife Community Services / Community Mental Health

Rejected a referral and decided an out of town referral which can't travel to and had issues with before is acceptable. Don't even have the courtesy of letting the person know. It feels like they don't care. Also if they bothered to have checked patients notes they should have known the relevant facts about the travel issue. Really annoyed at the handling of this situation. Left without relevant help/support again.
