"1st time visiting DANA"

The Devon Adult Autism & ADHD Service I feel are condescending and don’t listen to your concerns. I felt like I had been laughed at when the staff member eventually rolled up 25 mins late with no apology. It’s hard to trust people that don’t even know what your name is, let alone believe they know what’s best for you. This was my first time visiting DANA, although the feedback I received from the the other patient who let me in when no staff bothered to answer, wasn’t great and gave me yet more distrust.

I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience at the Devon Autism and ADHD service. I am concerned that you found the staff to be condescending and unwilling to listen, and that the assessor was very late to the appointment without apology.
