"Follow up letters/ contact issues"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Ophthalmology

The staff are lovely and tge hospital is clean etc the only fault is we never ever recieve follow up letters my son had opperation in november and shouls have been seen 2 month later... i try call but can never get through to the department needed.

So 2 month later i am still on hold till tbe phone goes down . With no responce or option to leave my name and number ..

I am pleased to read that you have staff to be lovely but it is disappointing to read that your son has not received any follow up.

I am sorry for your experience.
