Uncaring and uninterested.

You phone and they take your number and say they'll call you back and then they don't bother. Clearly couldn't care less.

4 our of 4 times now.

Care worker who doesn't bother finding out anything about you. Told me to "get the bus" to come and see her, even though I'm virtually housebound and that's one of my main problems. No empathy with me what so ever. I'm just another number.

Thank you for sharing your experience of accessing our service although we regret that you did not feel supported and experienced such difficulties in communication.

In order to better understand your experience, and to see if we can better help you and learn lessons to improve our care, could we ask that you contact the service manager at Arndale House on 01322 622230.

The service manager also holds a regular ‘meet the manager’ surgery at Arndale House on the first Wednesday of the month at 3:00pm – 4:00pm that you may wish to attend.

If you would prefer to speak to someone independent of the service in Dartford then you could alternatively contact our Patient Advice and Liaison service (PALS) on 0800 587 6757.
