"Care provided to my dad at Opal House"

About: Wythenshawe Hospital / Older people's healthcare

(as a relative),

My dad became seriously ill   and was rushed into Wythenshawe Hospital in early February. Thankfully he recovered but at the age of 97 he was not able to go straight home so he was transferred to Opal House for rehabilitation. He received excellent care from everyone   and was helped to get back on his feet so that just one month later he has been able to go home. I felt confident that he was being well cared for and more importantly he was happy to stay there.

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to read that you thought that your father received excellent care from all staff and that you felt confident he was well cared for and happy during his stay.
