"Urgent care Center"

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and had experienced bleeding for around 24 hours. As I am a high risk pregnancy this made me worry quite a lot. I woke the following day with a lot of cramping under my bump flank pain  nausea and chills . I called 111 and got booked into walsall manor urgent care unit for 2-10pm on a Sunday . I arrived ten minutes prior to find multiple people in the Center violently vomiting , not just one , but around 3 people. There were wet floor signs everywhere vomit under these signs (which was still there an hour and a half later ) and i do have emetophobia ( severe fear of sickness and bugs ) I couldn’t even approach the entrance . A nurse took me around the back to wait where I waited for 40 minutes and I also called to check if I had been called in. . I come to find I have a severe kidney and uti infection which was made worse and let me add extremely painful . I was bursting for the toilet the entire time I was waiting but I physically couldn’t use the toilets in the urgent care Centre knowing people have severe vomiting !!! I had to go elsewhere to find a toilet and got extremely

Upset and two other nurses in the x Ray dept helped me and showed me to a toilet and comforted me . My overall experience was devastating and I hated every second of it I feel mentally scarred by the sounds and sights I saw in there. Why would you allow people with norovirus— a highly contagious tummy bug enter a hospital full of vulnerable low immune people ??? Also why would you allow the transfusion unit with cancer patients and blood transfusion patients be surrounded by this highly contagious bug ?! 

I will be filing a complaint as this has absolutely scarred me , there was no respect for other patients who have compulsive germ disorders and very real fears of becoming ill and are immune compromised. Being pregnant also puts me at risk to contract these nasty bugs. I’m disgusted .
