"Waiting with no information given"

I attended  a clinic at castle hill hospital. Surgeon turned up late, lots of very poorly people waiting with no information given. Patient having a private discussion was interupted by a nurse who I felt was very rude telling them that they could hear what they were saying and did they have a problem. I was disgusted at their attitude as, I believe, were other patients, when asked for their name the nurse just shouted it at the patient, told her they can do as she liked and stormed off. I can understand there under pressure but it shouldnt happen. If they heard the conversation I feel that they should have come with an answer not an attitude. The watercooler and coffee machine were both broken but nobody would leave incase they were called.
