I have been going with my mum (79 years old) to her cardiology appointments for around 3 years. We have always been treated with the utmost respect from the staff at reception, the physiologists that do the 12 lead ECG and the wonderful consultant she sees. This is Dr Velmurugan, who spends time going through my mum's history, her current symptoms and explains things so patiently and kindly.
