I have been suffering with ear wax blocking my hearing . Eventually i was referred to Cobham . Mr Rial was patient, informed me of the process and was respectful . The process was successful .

One Sister impressive . She welcomed me warmly and explained what would happen . During the process she assisted the doctor was utterly professional, informative and kindness itself . Sister then proactively called for a glass of water as the process ticckled a nerve promoting eye watering and coughing . Sister anticipated all of my questions . She is a credit to her profession , vocation and the NHS .
