A member of staff in the grantham mammogram department in February was extremely rude to me! Completely belittled me and made me feel very uncomfortable! Confused and angry! As a patient I was scared and worried, I'm 27 years old with history of breast cancer in my family also having problems of my own and this person told me I was to young for a mammogram and to go away and laughed at me! Even though my doctors letter stated what I was there for! I showed my letter and asked where I should be and once again they laughed in my face and said they didn't know. I think this nurse is awful, disgusting! ! I will never return!
