
I have a complex wound and the fracture clinic team are keeping a close eye on me. The checking in system and patient call system work well.
The nurses are so very gentle.
The clinic podiatrist was concerned for me last week and without me asking for this, had arranged for two colleagues to review me when I had my appointment this week. The confidence I feel having had the experts check me over and advise me has made a big difference. I live with Type 2 diabetes and am fearful of anything bad happening to my toe.
I tried to follow up on my previous post but after four attempts without the relevant person being available I gave up. Can we communicate by email?
