"Shoulder release operation"

Exceeded my expectations with the high quality of care and procedure. All Staff are very good at being patient centred .. patient, explaining what is happening and why, checking my understanding. I know people get fed of answering the same questions, but this is to ensure no mistakes are made as you move through to other departments. I watched the procedure on screen. I would recommend this ... it’s awsome, but also you get taken through what is happening which makes you feel included and respected, not just a body being operated on. My mobility is instantly better and had very little discomfort.
