"Probably make people worse rather than better."

About: Cardinal Centre

Certain front of house staff can be abrupt, unhelpful and verging on rude.

Treatment is inconsistent.

Whoever I see changes every 3 appointments or less so trust and a comfortable feel never builds.

Each person seems to have a different take on what is going on.

I constantly have to go over everything again and again.

Copies of letters outlining the outcome of appointments and medication changes are often not received by myself and sometimes not even my GP so I am left without medication for a while.

Another family who also attends has received no letters since 2016 nor their GP so have had no medication throughout that whole time!!!

I was given a set amount of appointments with a therapist but that therapist was covering another's absence and the other returned before my sessions ended so my therapist was moved on however the returning therapist did not complete my sessions and they were abruptly ended just like that.

To be honest this made me feel worthless, or more worthless than I already feel. I often leave my appointments frustrated and in a very fragile state and on some occasions I don't feel that I can go back home because I am so upset.

I am actually too brain tired to even try to explain it all here but the service for me and my family member has been inadequate and detrimental to our health and no one is listening.

Going it alone honestly feels that it is probably the better option for my wellbeing but the way I am made to feel if I don't try help is not nice so I feel an extreme pressure to attend.
