"Rude staff"

I saw two staff members during my visit. One was absolutely fantastic, friendly and efficient. This is a very busy place so I understand they are pushed for time. The second nurse I saw, however, was extremely rude. She spoke so quickly it was hard to follow what she was saying. She made an extremely difficult situation harder. I really hope it was a one off and she does not treat other women that way.
