About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Day Case Unit

(as the patient),

I had a one day appointment for a routine procedure. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at how caring and efficient the whole process was. A very clean hospital/ward with very good facilities. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and conditions. Thank you for your wonderful care Ward One, NHS.

Dear Loraine

I was really heartened to read that you had such a good experience whilst a day patient in ward one at Dr Grays.

We are very fortunate to have such dedicated staff who go the extra mile everyday to provide person centred care and also keep the hospital clean. It is such a morale boost for staff to read such positive feedback and I will share your comments with all the staff concerned.

I do hope you are recovering from your procedure and thank you for taking the time to post your positive comments on care opinion
