"Long wait times"

The surgery is good if you can get it, but its wait times are too long. The lead in time to get an appointment is prohibitive to solving most health problems and, on the day, appointment times are rarely kept to.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the practice.
We do aim to keep short waiting times for routine appointments but at times of high demand this can fluctuate.
With regards to appointment times for emergency appointments.
We do aim to see patients on time however due to the nature of the on the day / emergency appointments we may be delayed if dealing with emergency situations.
We would welcome the opportunity to look at your specific case in more detail however you have chosen to leave an anonymous comment.
